CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking this appointment, you agree to the following policies. BOOKING FEE: Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstance but are applied towards your future appointment. By placing your card on file, you will forfeit all rights to dispute any no-shows or late cancellation fees. CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointment is important to me. It is a specific day and time, reserved especially for you. Please put your appointment in your calendar. A confirmation request will be sent 72 hours prior, and a reminder is sent 24 hours in advance of your appointment to give you plenty of advanced notice. CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: *I require a notice of at least 24 hours to cancel an appointment. If you fail to do so, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service, which is non-refundable and will not be applied to future appointments. If you no-call/ no-show for your appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee and will not be able to book again. LATE POLICY: I have a grace period of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, you are subject to being rescheduled to a different day and charged a non-refundable late cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service. This fee will not be applied towards future services. Please text me if you are running late. 712.490.1322 ADJUSTMENT POLICY: I am very passionate about the hair I create, and I stand by my work. I do not refund any hair service; I only make adjustments (within reason). In the event you are unhappy with the outcome of your hair service, let me know asap. You have 7 days from the original appointment to make adjustments without being charged for another service. There are no exceptions to any of these policies. Thank you for your continued support. * Lastly, if you are suddenly not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment, as I will not provide your service if you are ill.
