Feathers: $5 each Tinsel (installed with beads or tied): $10 for 20 strands $20 for 50 strands Quick and gorgeous way to get a little more sparkle in your life (or hair) The feathers and Tinsel are heat-safe for styling, will endure regular wash and wear, and last anywhere from 1-6 weeks.
